A small leak that goes unnoticed or un-repaired can cause extensive damage throughout the interior structure of a building and the residences within. In fact, toxic mold will begin to grow on a wet surface in as little as 24 hours.
Water ingress problems can be difficult to identify, but here are a few common warning signs:
