Columbus Construction’s Preventative Interior Maintenance Inspections (PIMI) may save you tens of thousands of dollars in insurance claims and keep your deductible to a minimum.
We see it all the time – extensive damage can often be prevented by making small, inexpensive repairs to minor leaks, dripping faucets, and dishwashers. PIMI’s are designed to make early detections of minor damages.
The PIMI Process
1. We complete a thorough checklist in every suite, checking simple things like:
- Is the line to the toilet non-burstable?
- Do the taps and toilet water fully shut off?
- Do the dishwasher and laundry machine have hammer relief valves?
2. A PIMI Report is provided.
The report identifies potential interior hazards in each suite including photos.
3. A Preventative Interior Maintenance Program is designed.
Armed with the PIMI report, you can now prioritize which suites need immediate attention.
4. Quotes are provided.
Columbus Construction & Restoration Ltd. will provide competitive quotes for all repairs.
5. Repairs are completed.
